Celebrate Maine’s bicentennial year by attending this two-session course on the rich history and proud heritage of the Town of Windham. Session I will be a power point presentation featuring historic photos and maps. Session II is a three-hour bus tour highlighting historic points of interest, including canal and
mill sites and stories of the founding and growth of Windham from 1737 to the present. Find out how Windham residents voted on the question of separation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1819. You may be surprised. Space is limited, please register early!
